OUR METHODOLOGY
The Resilience Temperature Check is a proprietary, structured diagnostic grounded in organisational psychology, behavioural science, and cognitive and performance research. It provides a directional view of how Resilience is operating in your organisation across ten key dimensions.
It evaluates fifty behavioural indicators to assess how people think, respond, and perform under pressure, and how those behaviours are shaped by the organisation’s priorities, leadership, and culture.
The output is a high-level read of your organisation, derived from observed patterns of behaviour, providing an initial understanding of how Resilience is currently operating.
